Teaching company staff using rich, visual, hands-on "games". That's what LDN does. They create these games and host weekends where employees (and managers, too) discover new ways of thinking about their company, their role, and their mission. The games offer a powerful way for people to absorb complex information - and hold onto this knowledge. Rather than dry 'corporate manuals' and 'training folders', we helped LDN craft big playing boards, cards, quizes, and flip-books to guide the learning process.
